Finals are done!

Thursday the 13th of May, 2010. Spring semester is finally over!!! My God I been waiting for this day for the past few weeks. Now that it is here though, I don't feel a huge relief. I am still worried about my last two final exam grades to be entered. Once those are out, only then will I be able to fully rest. Here I go again though, complaining about another teacher. I really think that this community college has no credibility when it comes to teachers. First of all the drop out rate here just blows the roof, yet the enrollment rate increases every semester lately. Who knows....Anyway, my teacher for one of my classes wrote the damn book that we used. It seems that the examples and definitions she used did not match at all though. I thought maybe I wasn't understanding them, but many other students felt along the same lines. Not to mention the fact that some of her definitions were borderline racist. Her tests made no sense, and did not always fall along what she told us to study. Sometimes, but I think she just tried to be wordy and wound up confusing the hell out of me. I know when I am really just slacking and doing bad in a class. I also know when the professor got a degree in the subject, but NOT in teaching. A lot of our teachers here are graduates of this very same school. Why am I not surprised?? Ok, ok,it's summertime and the heat alone will make me crazy, so that's enough of that. I am ready to book it outta this hole for about three weeks, until summer classes begin. Ugh! I got so much to do before the first because I am moving. Wish me luck, and keep up the prayers.
